scheduling, explained

Scheduling you can actually explain.

A slot appears on a booking page, or it doesn't, and nobody can tell you why. cohortcollab shows you the receipts: every slot tells you exactly why it was offered or rejected, routing you can see, and no-show prevention that actually works. Priced plainly, none of the mystery.

the floor: your project, your people, and your schedule, in one zoomable space.

Live demo below runs the real resolver on your device. The full operational platform (calendar sync, payments, teams) is on the way, we'll say exactly what's built and what isn't.

cohortcollab's booking flow, live: step one of five, offering a 15-minute intro, a 30-minute strategy session and a 60-minute deep dive, each with what it is for.

beyond the template, set up for you

Tell cohortcollab what to run. Watch it set up.

Describe the booking flow you want, qualify a lead by budget, take a deposit, add them to a cohort, and it's set up live from real, gated steps. A working sample, not a promo mockup.

The slot inspector. No more mystery slots.

This is real, it runs the deterministic resolver right here. Change a setting; watch slots appear and vanish, each with the exact reason. Click any slot to see why.

what it is

A scheduling operating system, not a booking link.

Starts simple, share a link in two minutes. Grows into routing, qualification, and workflows. No duct tape.

?

Explainable slots

Every offered and rejected slot carries a reason code + context. Support answers "why did Tuesday 2pm disappear?" in two seconds.

live demo

Routing you can see

"Assigned to Sarah: 3 bookings this week, next in rotation, EMEA match." Round-robin, least-booked, weighted, territory. No mystery assignments.

roadmap
!

No-show prevention

Risk scoring per booking → a reminder ladder (email, SMS, "reply YES to confirm"). Stop losing meetings to silence.

roadmap

Qualification gates

"Budget under $5k → route to an SDR." "Competitor detected → require approval." Intake answers gate the booking, before someone wastes an AE's afternoon.

live demo

Post-booking workflows

booking.confirmed → send the prep email, create the CRM record, generate the agreement. The booking does things, not just sits there.

roadmap
$

Fair pricing

Routing, branding, round-robin, included, not scattered across "contact sales" tiers. SMS is transparent pay-as-you-go.

live
the receipts

Every answer has a reason code.

These are the exact codes the slot inspector above hands out, the same deterministic resolver, running on your device right now. When support asks "why did Tuesday 2pm disappear?", one of these is the answer.

rejected_due_to_min_notice

Too soon

The slot sits inside the minimum-notice window you set. Flip "Min. notice" in the inspector and watch the morning open back up.

rejected_due_to_busy_calendar

Calendar conflict

The host already has a meeting there, the receipt names which one, and when it runs.

rejected_due_to_buffer_collision

Buffer collision

The slot is open, but it lands inside the breathing room you keep around meetings. The receipt shows the buffer and the meeting it protects.

rejected_due_to_routing_mismatch

Routed elsewhere

The qualification gate sent this booking to a different pool, before it cost the wrong person an afternoon.

rejected_due_to_host_cap_reached

Host at capacity

The host hit their weekly booking cap. Routing hands the meeting to the next host in rotation instead of burning them out.

accepted_after_priority_resolution

Offered

Passed every gate, notice, calendar, buffer, routing, cap, so the slot shows. Green means the receipt is clean.

live today

Get paid for what you book.

You host the session, the money should reach your bank, not sit in someone else's balance. Every host, coach, and tutor can take real payments and deposits through the manymoats pay rail. No business entity required.

Set up receiving once. Stripe runs the identity checks and deposits go straight to your bank. Then share your pay link right next to your booking link.

Payments run on Stripe. The sender covers a 4% + $0.60 processing fee (sender fee on peer payments · product till separate) on top, so you receive the full amount ($5 to $500 per payment). Charge-at-booking inside the book flow is on the roadmap; today the pay link travels with your booking link, and it works.
