these terms govern your use of cohortcollab (cohortcollab.com). cohortcollab is scheduling software with clear receipts and routing rules. cohortcollab is part of the manymoats family of products. by creating an account or using cohortcollab, you agree to these terms.

1. your account

you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a paid plan.

2. acceptable use

• don't use cohortcollab for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe others.
• don't attempt to breach security, scrape the service at scale, or abuse rate limits.

3. billing & cancellation

paid plans bill monthly : where a yearly plan is offered it is a discounted rate charged once for the year, and monthly is always offered alongside it, so nobody is ever forced into a year to use the product. cancel anytime in one click; see our refund & cancellation policy.

4. no professional advice

cohortcollab is software assistance, not legal, financial, or investment advice. you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on before acting.

5. your content

you own the content you create. we don't claim ownership of your work. we honor valid DMCA takedown requests.

6. availability & disclaimers

cohortcollab is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
